Practice
I currently work with adults and couples. My approach is grounded in a humanistic perspective, drawing from attachment-based, emotionally-focused, systemic, existential, and trauma-informed modalities. In session, I will support you in exploring emotion and somatic sensations, patterns in relationships, and the meaning you make from your experiences. Utilizing experiential activities, we will tune into the parts of yourself that desire to be witnessed and understood. I primarily utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) when working with couples.
Philosophy
I believe all humans are inherently capable and hold infinite worth.

I view attunement – the experience of being seen, heard, and accepted by another – as a fundamental human need. When prolonged disconnection from the self and others occurs, mental health symptoms such as anxiety, depression, or those related to PTSD may surface. Through secure, emotionally responsive relationships, a more integrated sense of self can be fostered.
As a therapist, my role is to join with you as a process consultant, collaborating to build greater trust in yourself, increase openness to experience, engage fully with emotion, and develop a coherent narrative about yourself and others; ultimately, supporting you in shaping personal meaning, deepening awareness, and updating ways of being that align with your present self.
Experience
I graduated from Gonzaga's Marriage and Family Counseling program in 2024. While I have specific training in couples therapy, I have worked with clients of all ages in various treatment settings. I started my career in an acute inpatient psychiatric unit where I led DBT groups and provided crisis management for patients. During my time in Spokane, I worked in a community behavioral health setting, serving adult clients who experienced chronic and complex mental health needs. Much of my work centered on borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia, and trauma. I transitioned my practice focus after moving to Vancouver, Washington, where I currently support couples and adults healing from trauma and attachment injuries.
Personal Life
Outside of the counseling space, I spend much of my time with family and friends. I grew up in Olympia, WA where I went to the coffee shop with my dad every Sunday and could often be found biking around the neighborhood. And when out of town, inevitably saying “Yeah, it’s close to Seattle.” Recently, I’ve been trying out new hobbies (though some endeavors have been more successful than others) and working my way through a growing stack of books. Every now and then, I tell myself I’m going to start running–one of these days, maybe.
